Gemma is an AHPRA-registered pharmacist credentialled for medication management reviews.

Before each home visit, a Shore Meds pharmacist contacts the patient to explain what to expect.

Her experience includes hospital pharmacy, medication reconciliation, post-hospital medication management, quality use of medicines and comprehensive medication reviews.
