Cancellation policy

Changing a private session

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel a visit. Email info@shoremeds.com.au and we will confirm your options.

If you give less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. We will tell you the fee when you enquire, before you book.

If we need to change a visit

We will contact you as soon as practical to arrange another suitable time or discuss a refund where applicable.

Funded Home Medicines Reviews

This policy is for privately paid sessions. A funded Home Medicines Review follows the separate PPA program rules and is not charged to an eligible patient.
