A funded HMR needs a referral. You can book a private session directly.

For eligible people living at home. An eligible medical practitioner must refer you. There is no charge to eligible patients. Ask your GP whether an HMR may suit you.

Private Medication Education Session

A 60-minute home visit paid privately to Shore Meds. This is not an HMR or government-funded.
